While fighting tanks with higher Bullet Penetration such as the Single or the Dual, beware not to get very close. The tank's recoil is mediocre, but with its good DPS and knock-back, rammers should not pose a significant threat to a wary player.Such is especially true when fighting against tanks with spread fire such as the Octo Tank and the Mortar. Dodging on top of that (and to the wrong side of the stream) often results in nothing more than revealing oneself from their own protection. The Triplet's wide stream of bullets usually provide enough of a cover for the tank. Player should refrain from excessive dodging.Indeed, it is well-rounded and intuitive for even beginners to play. The fact that it also has decent anti-bullet power and above average bullet size make the Triplet versatile in both offense and defence. The Triplet boasts a somewhat protected flank without sacrificing a channeled fire.Weak Against: Multiple enemies or tanks that can attack from multiple angles, Destroyer classes, Sniper classes and other high FoV tanks far away, skilled Drone users.Strong Against: Rammers, tanks with spread fire like the Octo Tank, Trapper classes, some Drone classes, Sniper classes in close combat. Its total recoil is also lower than that of the Triple Shot's. Such is not the case with the Triple Shot. Its FoV is also increased by more than one grid to slightly above 24 grids in the horizontal direction.ĭespite its cannons becoming more directed, the Triplet's bullets have a considerable 'spread': each bullet has a random longitudinal and lateral velocity component, giving the volley a disorderly appearance. Upon upgrading from the Triple Shot, the three cannons become aligned and fire focused.
